rentlane is a marketplace that connects renters with independent car rental companies. Each rental company is responsible for the vehicles it lists and the fulfillment of bookings made against them.

Bookings and payments

When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay the amount shown at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund terms may vary by rental company.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Limitation of liability

rentlane facilitates bookings between renters and rental companies but is not itself the provider of rental vehicles or services.
